Quadrifoglio by Luigi Massoni for Harvey Guzzini, 1974, Italy. Polished chrome circular base. Four chrome stems support a molded white acrylic four-partitioned shade. The lamp has two light sources and works on a pedal in-line floor switch. The interior of the shade takes two standard light bulbs, and the top spun aluminum concave dome takes one standard light bulb. Each light source can be turned on independently or together for both diffused and up-lighting.
